The Jewish Dietary Restrictions
There was a group of jews in colosse. They're pressing this whole idea of the dietary restrictions, which you see even an argument in the early church. And again, paul, look, that's a legalistic thing that you've gotte yourself into. He talks about the fact that don't let anyone judge you based on the jewish dietary restrictions. All that is pointing to a better reality, the substance of which is christ.
