A futurist predicts that by 2029, AI will have passed the Alan Turing test. And then within about 2045, potentially, our consciousness could be merged with AI. Researchers in Tel Aviv who have now come up with a tiny robot that they reckon can capture a single cell and insert it into your bloodstream. The biggest challenge to inserting any sort of micro-robot into you is to power it and to make it work.
