The Cross Anthropology
A cross anthropology is a kind of phrase i s that we came up with e in order to capture the way in which anthropology, as a discipline, also means its histories and institutions such as museums and archives. A field work was really an important starting point for our project as anthropologists, as ethnographers. We were surprised to what extent em this had not b theorized or conceptulized within anthropology itself. And we wanted to see to what extent these kinds of activations, refusals, again, these problematizations of anthropology beyond itself could help rejuvenate, re refresh, replenish some of the conversations and also position anthropology in a much more publicly relevant way.
