The seed of woke racism was the article that tonahasy coates wrote about reparations in the atlantic. I just found myself thinking, why is this being received as if it's an eleventh commandment? And i remember sitting at my dining room table, i thought, wait, it isn't logic. This is a religion he's preaching. Everything made sense to me after that day. Ever since then, i've thought, i hope i can get other people to see that these things do make sense. But you have to allow that sometimes what is a religion isn't called that because of accidents of intellectual history and language. You're talking about a religion having been born
