Kenneda: There's a number of kind of individual qualities that we look for. Most high level executives don't understand the competence, so they ned confidence to make wonderful or have wonderful salesleaders. So i find myself valuing those characteristics much more higher then before. But as an engineer, it grew up this way. You never wanted to be perceived as not knowing something and being able to grasp these large concepts.
