i think there will always be limitations, but i think right now it's more limited than it needs to be. So far, the most reputable scientists that i'm aware of, don't think that it can. Have no expectation that any time soon it will be able to. But i think het may be more pressing, or for me, more interesting, question is, would we even want it to?
