Is There a Gap Between Product Specialist and Product Specialist?

I feel like we went from UX specialist to now product specialist. And I see a huge gap with a lot of organizations where they'll define this role, but there's no people that can actually do all those things. The pendulum swings too, which we in highly specialized people versus, you know, generalist, multidisciplinary, can do it all.
