Poland is trying to build out essentially manufacturing capacity for all of these very technical projects, right? Machine learning hardware and semiconductors in general vaccine development, biotechnology. And it's not just that they're labor constrained because, you know, there's two reasons. Number one, it's when we try to do things that we haven't done in a long time like build a bunch of semiconductor fabs or recreate our manufacturing base. But the easiest way to do it is by getting foreign specialists to come in and sort of get us started and teach us.
