The Health Benefits of Fruit Juice

Fruit juice is still containing nutrients like it's not as devoid of nutrients as just like pure sugar. It also doesn't require any chewing so there's a lot of reasons why fruit juice sure you can have it but just know that it's not the same as eating a fruit and then dried fruit like you said contains less water for the same reason it's easier to eat a lot of bulk.
