I think when we're younger it's much more about achievement and about me. And then as you grow up into the ladder it needs to be more and more about them. I have a funny story. One night General Shinseiki was head of the army. He asked me, who's your favorite customer? I said, my favorite customer smart dedicated hardworking driven to achieve creative entrepreneurial cares about the company and customers. They didn't know it all. It never wants to be wrong.
