Do You Think the Mortgage Rate Will Continue to Rise?

This is really the second bubble we've seen in the house market. And it could have, to some extent, been avoided. I don't think it should be a national policy that we've kind of meeted in terms of of the fed saying that we won't want to create these housing bubbles. Why do we trust that ten people sitting in a room can determine the most important interustry in the economy? It just seems misguided because it's going to lead to a misapplication of capital. We're entrusting people with responsibility and giving them little respect for what they deserve based on history.
