Is the 20 Agenda 21 a Good Idea?

The internet and social media have pushed the global warming agenda back by a decade. The world's leaders are trying to standardize how we talk about our energy, says Peter Bergen. In some parts of the world, they want all of it happening in one way or another. This is like an extreme rationing system where people believe that energy usage is extremely selfish but then get awarded money for using it more than others.
