i didn't realize how much i relied on physicality to set boundaries. So obviously things are naturally going to blur. But when i'm in the office, i'm doing work. And especially at the start, trying to figure out how to reset habits and focus was a struggle. I've really enjoyed having more control over what i eat. If i get a 30 minute break in between meetings, and i'm not in the mood for doing work,. I've like done a quick little workout. That's not the kind of thing t a you can do in the office.
