Felony Assault - I Wouldn't Conviction Her

A young woman tries to stop a man from hitting her ass, then verbally and possibly physically attacked by some puffed up batinski. Cop steps in, she hits him, from the looks of it, by accident. So you're on a jury you see that? You convict her? No, i wouldn't convict her. I mean, i don't think i would. Yes, technically she connected with the cop's face, but to me it looked accidental. Anna is the one who ended up scratched and bleeding. To become a felon for this? That cannot be right.
