Engaging in Activities Outside of Work
People who are happier tend to have two, and usually three, groups they were engaged with outside of work. The activity would put people into something they cared about that became a part of their identity. This could come from all sorts of walks of life, riht. It may be athletic, intellectual, like a book club, music, spiritual. And so what i can see in this game is that having that dimensionality and preserving it is really critical to how we experience stress it work.
