I think getting absolutely shit faced two nights before was probably not a great plan of attack. So I did a 10 mile run at the weekend to drop down a bit. It's quite nice. People love you more if you find it more tricky, but you won't find it tricky if if there's more walking and less running. We just need to be so super kind to yourself on the way around. Just make sure that you're kind of looking after your body and listening to that hip.
