The Difference Between a Ministry and Movement

In year three and four, we started seeing the fruit of the maturity of those leaders start to raise up and them own the movement. Hey, this isn't the staff's fraternity. This is my fraternity. Like, I want to take ownership of seeing this place impacted. And so it's more like a rock and a pond, you know, that ripples out.
