Is Slack a Good Product?

I think Microsoft could put notepad into enterprises if they wanted to you know for all I care in that sense and they would have more users. The interesting thing though to anyone who's listening is sort of a student of product. Asking that question what game am I actually looking at playing out here? It's very useful to study these stories and go past the kind of memes or these one off things to learn. People hate teams or some people do but if it was the right company and the right person talked to me like the world wouldn't end to do that.
