The Fed's Guidance for Community Banks

I saw something as I was preparing to ask you some questions when the Fed issued their meeting. The one of the governors Michelle Bowman opposed the fact that in her view it was not enough clarity for community banks. And so they said that this is a helpful step but they're going to need more.
