Measuring Progress With Assessments

You can measure your progress by writing down how you feel about these things that you're working on. So if somebody sets the goal of like, I want to work on taking less, then they can very easily write down how many times they have done that one week. You would just like do it maybe once a month. Then the next month you're like, okay, time to write down like how many takes I have. And then just like seeing that as a way of measuring progress.
