Yesei was really struck by two statistics that were in the report, which was that m 88 % of long term unemployed men have difficultys speaking and understanding. And then, of course, also between 60 to 90 % of young offenders,. who are not adults, who are committing crimes, em also have difficulty with speech and understanding. Yesei: Right now it's relatively small interventions work. We can tackle this. If we don't, we're potentially looking at big increases in relatively expensive problems like unemployment and crime.
