You know, not necessarily and tamponade obviously but in other types of shock, not to be afraid to give fluid to this patient population. And as I felt like I was getting closer to their fluid responsiveness levels I've used smaller smaller aliquots of my fluid boluses maybe even just as 250 or 500 cc boluses, then full leaders at a time.
