What Are the Hardest Decisions and Trade-Offs?
A lot of our hardest decisions is to go through that process of launching something, getting excited about it and then recognizing that it's not quite working. We also thought that when we match, at some point, we thought our proposition would be lunch club for web3. Then we realized that actually a product like lunch club doesn't create a lot of accountability for people to actually show up and talk to each other. A lot of the trade-offs really is figuring out which part of the hypothesis are right, keep those, and then which part of it is very much off and make that adjustment.
