It's wonderful how we're going to invest in companies that are friendly to the environment, who are socially conscious. The problem is once you set that up as an index and provide that to be a framework for doing business, there are things called footnotes in the various annual reports which sometimes reverse everything they say about themselves. I would argue it's price. My good friend Brian Shannon says it's only price to pay,. He does a little bit more of a charting mechanism in all of this, but it makes sense... If it's going down, you're short or out. Or if it's workable, you can be short"
