The first financial win I had was when I left college and I got it not left. A woman there that I worked for who wasn't much older than me said to me, have you gotten the paperwork filled out for your 401k? Now, I thank her every day for what she did because I did do what she said and I put the maximum amount in my 401k. It was dumb luck. But now, our future,. our financial future is so much more secure because I listened to someone the moment I got out of college and took advantage of an opportunity.
