Is David Gingle Just a Tech Dominator?
For david, whether it's robots on the beat or emergency information in your pockets, the use of tech in public spaces requires our understanding are and or constant assessment. Right now, i don't think we have a very informed electorate, nor do we have an informed set of legislatures that can keep pace with these technological advances. And that means that we've got to take a much more active role in making sure that who we send to the local government, whowe sent to state government, who we sent to federal office is in a position to make these decisions.
