How Did You Get Through the Challenge?
Sy kept a journal all through the challenge. So at any time i was feeling very good about something, very bad about something, i would always just journal through it. And that helped ease me im back into a plan, but also really calm me down this wall. Sy: There were some days where i like, oh god, like, i can't understand anything anyone is saying to me. That's when i sort of lost sight of, sort of, like the dated day steps. Like we said, initially, you had that roll play of shopkeeper customer when you were doing your de ninty video.
