"I'm horrible at metabolizing caffeine. I metabolize it very slowly," he says. "If you were to look at the sleep rhythms on my oring, which again, we're going to get into later, you're not going to notice much difference" He's noticed that if he doesn't drink coffee, he wakes up for 15-30 minutes in the middle of the night. But when he does have a glass of wine and is asleep by 10 p.m., his alarm goes off around 12:45am.
