Theodosius's Death

Theodosius' army was still in the field at the time of his death. It was under the command of a man named Flavius Stilico. Stilico wasn't even a Roman, he was a Vandal. He had a strong dynastic claim to power. And also he had a decent narrative to support his heavy-handed command of the Western Empire as well as attempts to control the Eastern Empire.
