There has been a myth in some parts of the community or perception that if you weren't born in this country, don't bother applying for a high level security clearance to work in the intelligence community. That is untrue and I'll come to some of the challenges around security and sex. We have no trouble recruiting people. Retaining them, yes, we're subject to the competitive marketplace and where people may need to live and want to live. So there's nothing really new in that space.
