You want all of your time focused on very important non-urgent tasks. You will absolutely need someone to run the day to day of the business so that you can be on it. I think why we've done quite well locally is because of like small builders,. We've embraced social media quite quickly and I'm active on it. No one has had to be you, but I'mActive on it. But do more. Quite a lot. So, but you tell me you're doing the loads of the accounting and stuff like that. Yeah. Exactly. Yes. And part of my maybe naivety, but I could have that out there for an MD and gone poach.
