The Importance of Sex in the New Testament

Sex is a big deal to Jesus and why the overhauling of our hearts and minds when it comes to sex is a big thing throughout the New Testament. There's an entire book of Jesus' Bible whose sole purpose is to celebrate and explore the goodness of sexual desire. The reason Jesus cares about this issue so much is that he's proved, says Frida Ghitis. It was actually Christian teachers who later began to misunderstand, I think, the Jewish context and the Hebrew Bible roots of Jesus' impulse teaching on sex.
