I think there's a lot of learning and execution that get lost when you replace outsourced teams with full-time teams. And I think it's better to start growing the team early on. It depends on the product, right? Like if you're starting a D2C product and you're outsourcing your shop at Vite Dev, that's more okay. But if you're building, let's say, a social networking tool and the outsourced to Dev, there's just so much learning and the execution and the decision making on architecture and whatnot. You end up meeting all of these founders very quickly. There's always something that you wish were a little bit different at any point
