Meditation, mindfulness and attention. Maybe you can help orient the listener watcher around those terms because i will throw them around. I think i tend to use them reasonably accurately, but it's a little bit of a soup. So maybe you can walk us through meditation, mindful and attention. Sure. Let's start with meditation. It's very clear. And from a brain training perspective, i think of meditation as in gauging in specific mental practices to cultivate specific mental qualities. For example, transcendental meditation is achieving transcendent states beyond just thinking of yourself as alone individual. You may engage in practices that promote that.
