The Sublimation of the Work of Art
I have a lot of sympathy or maybe empathy for, for Benjamin's position. He on the one hand wants to see the, the aura like destroyed, but on the other hand, it would be scandalizing to him,. And it's the way out is, I think, the dusting, the, the Lacanian sublimation. It demands a participation and an appreciation that I think there is tension.
