The South Australian Ambulance Service - A Case Study
The South Australian Ambulance Service helpline received a call at 9.32pm on March 18, 1994. On the other line was a distressed male who said his fiancé had an accident in the bath. Paramedics arrived and found 29-year-old lawyer Anna Jane Cheney dead. Police were called to rule out foul play; they found Henry Keough crying next to her lifeless body.
