I was training with a somebody who works with me, who's now, he's chasing after some girl in the check republic. He did this king programme for it was supposed to be eight weeks. It was upward of about 30 hard sets per major masse group per week. So he was eating five thousand calories a day and keeping his fats below 80%. I think i have to op he gained a few pounds in that. Now, how much of that was actual mus tissue? Unknown,. but there's no question though he made some madesome gains. And yes, right now i bet you're really better than each set  in terms of working rup in volume. Intereste
