The Power of Mindfulness

The ability to prioritize your time and align your values with what you recognize by the light of that contemplation are really your deepest values is a doorway to real wisdom. What mindfulness does is allows you to notice a thought as a thought and just let it go. It's literally impossible to stay angry for more than 30 seconds if you can pay attention closely to the way the emotion gets kindled by thought. The moment you ignore it, it really does dissipate.
