I'm a Bystander, I've Caused Harm by Not Intervening

Caue: We have a default to silence. And very often when when there is a default silence, then we reinforce the problem. So teaching, teaching by sort of bystanders to become upstanders was really important and then also working with people who are the targets of bias, prejudice or discrimination in order for them to know how to respond.
