There's compelling evidence out there that we should be considering pulling these epidurals and doing low dose CSEs for unplanned intrapartum scissoring deliveries. The surgeons say, you know, this surgical field is a lot better than when you dose it up with lidocaine and fentanyl. We need to do a little bit more study on women who are having inadequate anesthesia during their C section. And then there's a real push for kind of within both OB and OB anesthesia about trauma-informed care.
