The Impact of Hyper Local Problem Solving on Citizenship
There's a limited amount of time and attention any citizen can give to these these causes. It gets eaten up by just navigating public spaces on a daily basis. Like it is difficult for people to come out and agitate about you know constitutional design and reform if they're spending two hours every day in traffic.
