Is There a Muscular Component to IBS?
There's a subset of IBS sufferers who don't see much improvement. Even though everything else is pretty much improved, you'll still see this end abdominal wall. And that's why I wanted to try to tie this all together because I was thinking there had to be a muscular component to it. But it's probably not quite as simple as do planks for 30 seconds, you know, three sets, three times per week.
