At Intercom, we had the most humble group of people and that was probably actually a criteria for bringing somebody on. And I think that's just such a huge piece of culture is like the strategy was there and then the team sort of was able to shift together. So that way when org changes happened it was like everybody had a deep desire to contribute to that. It also connects to what you're describing with the bus and being honest about where you're headed.
