The Importance of Connection

I'm glad I get to hear it from the grassroots level, from someone who's right there right in front of it. Because I never did one school shooting drill my entire time in school. It makes me bummed that you had to do so many of those. And as a crusty old dude, I'm sorry that the older generations have failed you in that way. Frustrating. We have failed you. And I hope we find a way to fix it.
