What Is the Hamiltonian Theory of Quanta Mechanics?

classical mechanics is based on something called the principle of least action. Once that principle was discovered, it gave rise to a whole new area in classical mechanics. Out of the lgrangian came hamilto hamiltonian, or hamilton's formulation of quanta mechanics. And you can take it even farther now, and you end up with a theoretical frameworkthat involves these things called poison brackets. The heisenburg formulation for quanti mechanics got me to grata school.
