Do You Need to Go From High Protein to Extra High Protein?

Most studies are comparing two different groups within each study that are eating the same amount of protein. In most cases, everyone in everyst y is eating plenty. There's no direct evidence that when you go beyond and pcal range one point six to two point two grams per kilogram for recomping. You have three options: aim for no weight change at all, stay totally weight stable or maybe it would be appropriate to aim for a modest loss depending on your situation.
