Don't get caught up in all this jargon, just sit down and have a conversation. What you don't want to be is boring. On January 1st, I literally wrote a eulogy for my doc. And RIP to my docs, I had to put her down in the last week. Almost 100 people responded to that email because anything was appropriate.
