The Importance of Transit in Toronto
The full Gardener Expressway was in the billions of dollars. The King Spadina neighborhood at the time that I moved there was almost nobody. It really does just show that Toronto has this car-centric ideology. And it is absurd that we're still talking about having these urban highways and massive strobes or everything else.
