Smog and the Dragon

Bilbo has a little conversation with Smong. The dragon can't see him, but he realizes the dragon is very clever. So Bilbo decides to be super respectful. He says, oh, you are tremendous. But it says he had forgotten that, or he never knew dragons have a great smell. They can smell.
