How do you help a human flourish and achieve their goals, basically? I think it might be interesting to just summarize a few different perspectives on this. One way of looking at this is from the perspective of cognitive behavioral therapy. Another model is a sort of Buddhism model. These are just a couple of ways of looking at what it means to flourish.
